#1: NO-FRILLS
Includes:
• Updating existing software and plugins as needed in response to alerts generated by Wordfence security software. Client must keep Wordfence active to ensure notification of updates.
• Up to 30 minutes of consultation regarding security for your website.
Does not include*:
• Troubleshooting software issues that develop after the 2-week window following site launch.
• Adding new pages, menus, plugins, or security software to the site; site revisions.
• Copy-writing or photo-editing services.
• Adding, deleting, or updating content (text and images).
• Email or telephone correspondence beyond 30 minutes.
Note: this is the DYI package. If you require “Events” and “News” updates, you will upload them yourself, contract another web service provider, or see our hourly rate. We are not responsible for damage to the site caused during client editing, but will repair damage for our hourly rate. This package does not include email or telephone correspondence regarding your website beyond 30 minutes. We will respond to all Wordfence alerts to keep your website secure, but if you would like to discuss this or other projects for your website, see our hourly rate.

#2: BASIC
Includes:
• Updating existing software and plugins as needed. Enhancing security or adding new security plugins as needed.
• Up to 30 minutes of updating text, photos, and/or menus) per month. Just send us an email with the new material.
Does not include*:
• Troubleshooting issues that develop after the 2-week window following site launch.
• Adding new pages, site revisions.
• Copy-editing, copy-writing or photo editing services.
• More than 30 minutes per month of updating text, photos, and/or menus. For more than 30 minutes, refer to our hourly rate.
Your annual cost: $300.00

#3: PROFESSIONAL
Includes:
• Updating existing software and plugins as needed. Enhancing security or adding new security plugins as needed.
• Up to 90 minutes per month of content updates, including adding new blog posts, text, images, pages, menus, and plugins as needed.
• Up to 30 minutes of tech support, research, and troubleshooting per month as needed.
Does not include*:
• Copy writing or photo editing services.
• Creation of new graphic elements for the site.
Your annual cost: $650.00

#4: COMPREHENSIVE
Includes:
• Updating existing software and plugins as needed. Enhancing security or adding new security plugins as needed.
• Up to 3 hours per month of content updates, including adding new blog posts, text, images, pages, menus, and plugins as needed, as well as page-level copy editing/writing, photo editing services, and graphics services.
• Up to 60 minutes of tech support, research, and troubleshooting per month as needed.
• Up to two yearly 45-minute “Creative storm” sessions, scheduled at mutual convenience.
Does not include*:
• Comprehensive site revisions.
• Blog-writing. (Ghost-writing services are available at our hourly rate.)
Your annual cost: $1200.00

*Extra services are available for $75/hour.
Note: It is the client’s responsibility to renew web hosting, pay host for site backup, and renew domain name contracts. If you allow these contracts to lapse, the web host may delete your site, and your domain name may become unavailable to you. Karen Rile and RileSmith Arts are not privy to your hosting and domain name arrangements and cannot be responsible for websites deleted due to delinquent payments to your hosting company. If you require assistance selecting a host, renewing a contract, or transferring hosting, we will be happy to help at the rate of $75/hour.
